Map the system (structure, operating model, KPIs, output, decision rights and leadership dynamics) to separate symptoms from root causes.
I work alongside Founders, CEOs and leadership teams at startups and tech companies in rapid-growth and scale-up stages, building the organizational structure, management layer, capabilities and infrastructure that let the organization support its business strategy and keep growing.
Let's Talk About Your Next Stage
What you see is not always the real problem.
When the company changes faster than the organization.
Growth, scale, M&A and rising complexity expose the same question: is the organization actually built to execute the strategy?
You don't need to stop the organization in order to change it.
I start with reality: what the strategy requires, what is actually happening, where execution gets stuck and what is truly affecting performance. Then we change what needs to change while the work is happening.
Quickly find the signal, pattern and leverage point.
Connect what people say with what performance, productivity, cost and KPIs actually show.
Create clear outcomes, owners, authority, standards and visibility.
Put the real challenge on the table: directly, professionally and without damaging trust.
Build the capability mix the business needs: develop, hire, expand responsibility or change roles when required.
The framework I built for moving from diagnosis to focused change, execution and scale.
See what others miss.
Map the system (structure, operating model, KPIs, output, decision rights and leadership dynamics) to separate symptoms from root causes.
Turn complexity into clarity.
Define the target state, priorities and KPIs, and the few moves most likely to change the outcome.
Get the system moving in the same direction.
Align leadership, roles, accountability, stakeholders and decision rights around the same outcomes.
Turn decisions into execution.
Translate change into roles, routines, leadership behavior, performance standards, communication and day-to-day execution.
Build for the next stage.
Strengthen leadership capability, processes and organizational structure so the organization can carry greater complexity without creating dependency.
Diagnose first. Then build the right intervention.
Fast, focused and tailored. I quickly map what the organization needs and shape the right intervention for immediate impact: one focused need, or a combination of support, always tailored to the organization.
Hands-on work with CEOs and leadership teams to improve output, productivity and operational efficiency. We work inside the organization, in real time, not from the outside.
Depending on what the diagnosis showsTest whether the organizational structure supports the strategy: management layers, reporting lines and units, and remove unnecessary friction.
Define clearly who owns what, where one role ends and the next begins, and remove overlaps.
Set how the organization actually works: decision-making, cross-functional interfaces and shared ways of working.
Build standards, metrics and feedback routines that connect company goals to day-to-day results.
Map what the organization needs and what it already has, then decide where to develop, hire or change roles.
Simplify core workflows so less energy goes into coordination and more into execution.
Build a steady cadence of meetings, reviews and follow-up that moves work forward instead of stalling it.
Understand which behaviors the organization actually rewards, and strengthen the ones that advance the strategy.
Align expectations and shared language across teams so work flows smoothly between functions.
Individual advisory for CEOs, C-level executives and senior HR leaders who want to maximize their leadership impact. This includes message delivery, body language, difficult conversations and how they are perceived by teams, peers and stakeholders. Practical, personal and built around a clear development path.
We work onSharpen how decisions are made (about what, by whom and how fast) and cut down on decisions that reach the executive table unnecessarily.
Work on how you enter the room, run a meeting and project authority and trust.
Sharpen your messages, practice difficult conversations and understand how teams, peers and stakeholders perceive you.
Every workshop and program is built specifically for the organization, its business priorities, leadership culture and real day-to-day challenges.
The programsFor managers moving from strong individual contribution to real managerial impact: ownership, prioritization, delegation, accountability, feedback and performance.
For leaders who need to address what is being avoided: difficult feedback, underperformance, boundaries, expectations and decisions, directly and constructively.
For leaders working across functions and dependencies: influence, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, ownership and moving work forward without relying on formal authority.
For leaders responsible for carrying change into the organization: creating clarity, handling resistance, maintaining trust and turning decisions into new behaviors and ways of working.
For HR leaders who want to operate as stronger business partners: building business thinking, influence, executive presence and the ability to translate people challenges into business decisions and impact.
It was clear to us that to support growth and arrive ready for the next stage, the R&D department had to go through a significant transformation. Although the department was performing well, Batel identified an opportunity for a real leap forward and presented a clear plan that led us into a broad organizational change process.
Together we led changes to the operating model, strengthened the management layer, embedded a performance culture and introduced new ways of working. During the complex period of the war, with roughly 15% fewer people, we significantly improved the department's effectiveness, not through hiring but through smarter work, stronger managers and organizational clarity.
Within about a year we saw an improvement of around 35% in delivery capability and a reduction of around 25% in development cycle times.
But for me, Batel's value was far greater than leading the process itself.
She was one of my most meaningful thinking partners. I always knew I could consult with her on even the most complex organizational and management issues, and get a broad business perspective, sharp thinking and a clear action plan. She knew how to challenge me when needed and always managed to connect people, strategy and execution.
Only after working together did I understand how much a person with these capabilities can influence a leadership team and an entire organization.
I would recommend Batel to any company that is growing, changing or approaching a significant stage in its development, and for senior-level support.
I had the privilege of working with Batel at two companies, Brainye and DemandBox, and in both she was a significant force behind real organizational change.
She has a rare ability to lead transformation: not only to change processes and structures, but to influence the way people think about their work.
She knows how to create genuine motivation and a sense of ownership in teams, so that change doesn't stay at the launch stage but lasts over time.
What sets Batel apart is her ability to read a company's needs precisely at every stage of its life cycle, and to adapt her approach accordingly.
She is strategic when needed, and hands-on when it truly counts.
Any organization that works with her will be lucky.
After more than 20 years in product, marketing and management as part of senior leadership, I thought I had already met almost every kind of professional partner. Working with Batel made me realize there is another level.
Together we led significant organizational change processes, but for me her greatest value was in the moments in between. Before every major decision, sensitive conversation or complex move, she was my first call.
What amazed me most was that there was no need to over-explain. Sometimes two sentences were enough and she already understood exactly what was really going on. She knew how to clear my head, distill the complexity, sharpen the message and turn it into a clear action plan.
Beyond her business and strategic thinking, she always saw the person as well.
She picked up on nuances within seconds, recognized where I or others were acting from confidence and where from our comfort zone, and reflected it back so precisely that I often found myself simply writing down, word for word, the way she would phrase messages or build simulations with me for complex conversations.
Batel didn't just help me lead processes better, she upgraded me as a manager. And it's the kind of thing you don't realize you were missing... until you work with someone like that and wonder how you ever managed before.
Batel managed the HR function at 'Lotem' in a professional, responsible and sharp manner. She has an impressive ability to integrate into an organization quickly, to operate with great efficiency, and to build immediate connections and excellent working relationships with management and employees alike. Batel is an excellent professional partner for any process of growth and organizational development.
Together at Tempo we led an operational excellence process in partnership with global Heineken, which included changes to the organizational structure and role definitions. Batel quickly got to the heart of the process, connected the operational, human and business aspects, and managed to enlist managers at every level. She was practical and sharp, knew how to challenge thinking, and led a complex process forward through to successful implementation.
Working with Batel during the merger between Drushim and yad2 was meaningful! She led the merger activity and helped me enormously to see things more broadly, more precisely, and above all in a way that connects people to processes.
Her ability to take highly complex situations at the organizational level and turn them into something simple, clear and actionable was especially impressive!
Her way of asking the right questions and leading processes calmly yet sharply and very effectively was very meaningful for me, and of course for the organization. I felt I had a true partner who knows how to read the full picture quickly.
The solutions she brought and the way she approached things helped us make progress and make better decisions on the move.
As a Product Group Lead, working alongside Batel was an amazing strategic partnership of tremendous value to me. Her managerial and personal guidance was always delivered with exceptional sensitivity, wisdom and practical tools that sharpened my leadership abilities and helped me grow. The communication styles workshop she ran for the company was excellent, fascinating, focused and full of practical insights that I immediately adopted in my day-to-day work and in managing my interfaces. Batel is a rare combination of uncompromising professionalism and a huge heart, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to any manager who wants to take their leadership, or their company, to the next level.
Batel knew how to challenge my managerial thinking, help me prepare for complex conversations, sharpen messages and step out of my comfort zone in a way that gave me confidence, not just answers.
One of the things I valued most about Batel was her ability to grasp the picture almost without explanation. She knew how to distill complexity, bring order and turn thoughts and processes into a clear action plan.
Batel was much more to me than a partner for a process. She knew how to ask the right questions, challenge when needed and help me become a better manager.
I come from inside organizations, not just as an outside advisor.
More than 15 years of experience in senior management roles, in organizational development and in leading change and growth, alongside CEOs and leadership teams.
I combine business and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of people, leadership and organizational dynamics. I know how to get to the heart of things quickly, see what isn't always visible from the inside, challenge thinking when needed, and above all bring people on board and lead change until it actually happens.
For me, the value doesn't end with the diagnosis or the recommendations, but with building the organizational capability that stays after the process is over.
Ever since I was a child, my late mother used to say that even if you dropped me in the middle of the desert, I would find my way.
That instinct has become a defining part of how I work and who I am: reading people and systems quickly, cutting through the noise and complexity, and turning uncertainty into clear action.
